We begin with a complimentary consultation to assess your specific preferences and dietary considerations. We will then determine which service best fits your needs and the frequency that Chef Lisa will cook for you - weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom designed.

I will provide you with a custom tailored menu based on your preferences and needs and you may choose the meals that you prefer. I will provide you the menu via fax or email and speak with you personally to confirm your selections and address any questions or concerns.

Shop for your groceries as I shop for my own family, with both cost and quality in mind. Only the freshest ingredients and the highest quality of meats & produce will be used so that your meals are never compromised,
Arrive at your home or my commercial kitchen space with all of the ingredients, cooking equipment, and packaging neccessities that will be required for me to create your delicious meals,
Properly and safely package, label and store your meals in your freezer and/or refrigerator according to your needs,
Provide complete, easy, and food-safe heating instructions,
Clean up! The only evidence of In The Kitchen PCS & Chef Lisa will be the aromatic smells of wonderful home cooking wafting through your home and a refrigerator & freezer full of easy to heat delicious custom meals for you!
