Personal Chef Services - In Home Meal Preparation and Now . . . Delivery!
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Special Occasion services are available. All packages include menu planning, shopping, meal preparation, packaging, labeling, heating instructions and clean up. Costs are quoted on an individual basis as specific needs will vary. This will be determined at your complimentary consultation. The basic packages and average prices are listed below. Grocery costs are seperate and will be determined by your food choices, ie: filet mignon and lobster will cost more than chicken, organic foods will be more costly than non-organic, etc. The usual beginning cost of groceries is $150.00 and is paid as a deposit to allow for the shopping of the ingredients that your menu requires. Any overpayment of your grocery deposit after your cheffing date will either be returned to you or applied to your next cheffing date.
**Special dietary needs or other custom services may incur additional service fees. This will be determined at your complimentary consultation.

Complete meals consisting of entrees & appropriate side dishes (unless the entree is all inclusive such as a stew, hearty soup, or casserole with vegetables and starches in it.) These can be any combination of breakfasts, lunches and dinners (or not) - it's all up to you!

4/4 4 meals, 4 servings each (16 individual meals) $275.+ groceries**
3/4 3 meals, 4 servings each (12 individual meals) $250.+ groceries**
2/4 2 meals, 4 servings each ( 8 individual meals) $225.+ groceries**
Economy Packages
Entrees only, no sides. These can also be any combination of breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
5/4 5 entrees, 4 servings each (20 individual entrees) $250.+ groceries**
4/4 4 entrees, 4 servings each (16 individual entrees) $225.+ groceries**
3/4 3 entrees, 4 servings each (12 individual entrees) $200.+ groceries**

All meals can be packaged to your specific needs in servings of four, two, or into individual servings for your convenience. The cost of packaging materials are included.
Each entrée is properly labeled and stored in your refrigerator and/or freezer. A complete menu with defrosting and heating instructions is left on your refrigerator with my business card if you should need to call me for any reason! Your kitchen is left in the same manner that it was found in, except for the aroma of a day’s worth of cooking!

Want a beautiful Holiday Meal, but need help? Chef Lisa can prepare all or some of your Holiday dishes for you to store in your fridge or freezer - all you have to do is properly heat on the day of your gathering and enjoy the meal & compliments from your guests - I won't tell if you don't!
